Ibom Big Deal Movement holds monthly meeting (Photos)

Ibom Big Deal Movement (IBDM), a campaign group founded by Obong Kendy Aduak to support governorship hopeful, His Excellency Chief Engr. Michael Okpo Onofiok, recently held its general meeting in Lagos. The event, which took place at the prestigious Affluence Hotel in Lawanson area of Lagos State, was graced by a number of youths from Akwa Ibom State.

The youths, who rolled out drums in support of the governorship aspirant, however called on other Akwa Ibomites to back Onofiok for the big ‘battle’ ahead. Speaking during the well-attended event, founder of the IBDM, Obong Kendy urged every participant to pledge their loyalties and support for the most qualified and dynamic candidate who has the interest of an average Akwa Ibom Ibomite at heart, adding that only Onofiok can take the state to its promised land.

He voiced his conviction thus: “ one of the main objectives of the group is to ensure that our candidate, His Excellency Engineer Michael Okpo Onofiok becomes the next Governor of Akwa Ibom State, comes 2015. We enjoin you all to come and partner with us today, let’s make this dream come true,” he asserted. During the meeting, a new participant who gave his name Mr Uko Ufford (based in Italy), volunteered to represent IBDM in the European country.
He was also presented with the candidate’s manifesto for inauguration of Ibom Big Deal Movement in Italy. IbomCelebs was at Meeting, which held on Saturday, 26th April 2014 in Lagos and brings you some pictures. We promise to keep you posted as events unfold.
