Whatever shreds of doubts left in the minds of cynics about a love child fathered by 23 year-old hip hop sensation, Ayodeji Balogun otherwise known as Wizkid has at long last been laid to rest.

For the first time, the singer publicly shared a picture of himself and his adorable two years old whom he christened Boluwatife. The picture which gives away Wizkid as a doting father shows the young singer on a couch while his son leans into the arms of his father.

The only other sign of public affection for his first child is a tattoo bearing the name Boluwatife on his arm. In his hit song entitled Them Go Talk, Wizkid took a shot at naysayers who had made an issue out of his love child. ‘If I get Boluwatife, them go talk. Omo leave story them go talk,’ he crooned.

It was a volte face for the singer who about two years ago repeatedly denied siring a child with a female lover. He vehemently described the report as the handiwork of his detractors and a figment of their imagination.

Boluwatife is the result of a brief liaison between Wizkid and Oluwanishola Ogudugu while she was an undergraduate of North American University, Houdegbe, Benin Republic.

EE exclusively reported some months ago that the acceptance of the paternity of the adorable child by Wizkid came with a lot of drama. It was only resolved after a conclusive DNA test that proved Wizkid’s paternity beyond any reasonable doubt.

Not long ago when Boluwatife clocked two years old, Wizkid showered his mommy-lookalike tot with expensive toys that set back his wallet by a few hundreds of thousands of naira.

Insiders alleged that the two younger parents of the two year old who have been spotted publicly with new lovers may be on the verge of reconciliation. “Boluwatife may end up becoming a reuniting factor for both Ayo (Wizkid) and Shola,” squealed our source.
